FRUIT FLAVOUR GUMS WITH 2% FRUIT JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, COLA FLAVOUR GUMS AND SWEET FOAM GUMS

Ingredients: Glucose syrup; sugar; dextrose; gelatine; fruit juice from concentrate: strawberry, lemon, apple, blackcurrant, orange, pineapple; acid: citric acid; caramelised sugar syrup; fruit and plant concentrates: apple, bilberry, carrot, safflower, spirulina, elderberry, blackcurrant, orange, lemon, mango, passion fruit, aronia, grape; sunflower oil; flavouring; glazing agent: beeswax; elderberry extract.

We aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order.

If you have not received dispatch confirmation after 5 days please check your messages/email as we may be waiting on further information.

Items will be sent using either Hermes or Royal Mail

• 2-3 Days Royal Mail
• 3-5 Days Hermes

These services are not guaranteed and occasionally do get delayed in some circumstances can take up to 10 working days.

Express Delivery (Please allow 1 day processing time)

• Express delivery will be next day (Subject to Location)

If you need a delivery guaranteed please ensure you use express/guaranteed services in order to meet you expectations. Refunds will not be provided for late delivery, unless a guaranteed service has failed.  

PERSONALISED GOODS

Please contact us if you have any issues with the product in first instance

• Under the Distance Selling Act, the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
• Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before submitting, including spelling, grammar and punctuation marks.  If you have made an error please notify us within 24 hours, of placing your order.
• If Make It Sweet have made any error such as spelling etc please contact us to discuss further before making any returns.
• Refunds will only be provided whereby the error is Make It Sweet.  (This may also be on the condition the item is returned as per the NON PERSONALISED GOODS AGREEMENT)
